Early Fire Detection Pilot Project: Advancing Environmental Protection Through AI- Powered Monitoring Solutions

Skopje, North Macedonia, September 2026 — Modirum Platforms, the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning of the Republic of North Macedonia, and the Crisis Management Center of the Republic of North Macedonia have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at enhancing early fire detection and environmental protection.

The pilot project leverages the M COREMOTE NSC3™ platform, advanced video monitoring technologies, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable the rapid detection and early identification of wildfire incidents at landfills. By combining real-time video streams, intelligent analytics, automated alerting, and centralized command-and-control capabilities, the solution detects smoke and fire early, enabling faster response times.
