Your profile / Required qualifications and experience

  • Requirements gathering, identifying and documenting the business needs, processes, and project objectives. Experience in conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys for gathering information from stakeholders.
  • Analysing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing solutions to address business problems or improve processes. Involvement in creating process maps, data models, and system requirements. Experienced UML practitioner.
  • Experience in project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Able to manage scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Effectively communicating with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Experience in TELCO BSS sector is welcomed.
