I primarily consult on Dynamics 365 CRM applications, focusing on configuration, system modifications, training, and user interface design. My background is in cosmetology and IT, and in this role, I can perfectly blend my people skills with technology.

I work across a broad spectrum in the M365 area, including consulting, training, coding, and interface design.

I work on various M365 projects, such as SharePoint intranet and Teams deployment. I handle training, consulting, organizing team workflows, and ensuring user competencies. While I have a grasp of accessibility, I don't dive too deep into coding—I prefer to speak the end-user's language.

I'm involved in solution design and development using technologies such as .NET, Azure, React, Power Platform, Cursor and Microsoft Copilot AI with a particular focus on Power Apps and custom Power Pages development. My work typically involves close collaboration with customers to provide the best solutions for their needs.
