What kind of work do you do?

I primarily consult on Dynamics 365 CRM applications, focusing on configuration, system modifications, training, and user interface design. My background is in cosmetology and IT, and in this role, I can perfectly blend my people skills with technology.

What do you like most about working here?

My schedule is packed with configuring and managing meetings for the sales, marketing, and customer service modules of various exciting Dynamics customer projects. I also assist the sales team with pre-sales activities and contribute to the development of internal business models.

I work on various M365 projects, such as SharePoint intranet and Teams deployment. I handle training, consulting, organizing team workflows, and ensuring user competencies. While I have a grasp of accessibility, I don't dive too deep into coding—I prefer to speak the end-user's language.
