We began the year as a 50-person organization focused on Cloud transition services, Microsoft Platform, and AI advisory services. Today, we are a 250-strong team spanning Europe and the Middle East, united under a single vision and shared targets.

This remarkable growth was driven by two pivotal milestones: The acquisition of Mentura (Finland): A European leader in Critical Communications platforms – today Modirum Platforms, Critical Communications business unit. The acquisition of ITgma (Macedonia): A key player in the Telecom solutions and platform market – today Modirum Platforms, Industry Platforms business unit.

These acquisitions have expanded our capabilities, deepened our expertise, and positioned us as a stronger, more focused company, ready to lead innovation in our core industries. This process has also demonstrated our ability to grow both organically and nonorganically. We all share one clear goal: To be the leading technology partner in securing and optimizing critical infrastructure.

Building for the Future

Our markets are evolving at an unprecedented pace. The convergence of Telecommunications and Critical Communications is reshaping industries. Governments are seeking efficiencies, while new technologies are bringing commercial operators closer to public safety and critical operations. Migrating critical operations to leverage mobile broadband technologies unlocks new opportunities for digital innovation, enhancing the safety and security of our societies.

At the center of these shifts is AI-driven innovation:

• In Telecommunications: AI is revolutionizing business support systems to deliver superior shared experiences by intertwining customer, user, and employee interactions. AI-driven solutions are empowering businesses to address critical interactions, increasing customer experience and efficiency and minimizing churn
• In Critical Communications: We see immense potential in AI Assisted and autonomous initiatives. These innovations allow our customers to minimise their response times, operate with minimal human oversight, enhance situational awareness, and achieve unprecedented levels of service assurance and decision-making capabilities.

Similar opportunities exist in our other core industries, including Finance, Energy, Healthcare, and Public and Government sectors. A notable example in the Public and Government sector is the introduction of a platform that combats the misuse of social care systems. This technology ensures government spending is allocated appropriately while preventing professional criminal activities—a testament to how we leverage innovation for societal impact. Our advisory practise is spearheading these novel programs.

Organizational Growth and Integration

This year also saw the formation of a new management team, which has been instrumental in guiding us through this period of transformation. While the integration of our product strategies and global capacities continues, we are making significant strides toward becoming a fully unified and sustainable organization, ready for accelerated growth in 2025 and beyond.

3. Cloud AI Solutions

Our focus remains firmly on Europe and the Middle East for the next year, followed by expansion into new regions such as the Americas. We are committed to strengthening our presence in these regions by fostering partnerships, collaborating with our customers, and delivering unparalleled value. In our expansion, we rely on our core partners, Nokia and Microsoft, who provide the breadth of expertise and resources needed to achieve our goals.
