Hanna Arimo, previously Chief People Officer, will take on expanded global responsibilities across legal, governance, compliance, and business systems. As Chief Legal & Governance Officer, Hanna will be accountable for the company’s legal affairs, corporate governance and compliance, quality and business management systems, as well as internal IT governance and performance across all entities and geographies.
In this role, Hanna ensures that Modirum Platforms operates consistently as one corporation in full alignment with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, while maintaining readiness for external assurance and audits. Her mandate also includes oversight of internal IT operations and systems, working at the intersection of business leadership, Finance & Control, and People Operations. Hanna will report directly to the CEO and continue as a member of the company’s core executive and leadership teams.

At the same time, Susanna Pirinen will join Modirum Platforms as Chief of Staff. In this strategic executive role, Susanna will lead the full spectrum of People Operations and streamline executive coordination across the organization. She will oversee talent acquisition, employee experience, and the entire employment lifecycle, ensuring that people, culture, and organizational processes are aligned with the company’s strategy and operational priorities.
As a trusted advisor to the CEO and member of the executive team, Susanna will drive cross-functional collaboration, coordinate strategic initiatives, and strengthen organizational performance across all geographies. Her leadership will focus on building a high-performance, inclusive, and resilient organization, while scaling the company towards global category leadership.
