Family-friendliness and a flexible work culture have always been central values for us. At Cloudriven, work is not confined to a specific time or place – it can be done from anywhere, anytime, whether from a cabin or a boat, year-round.
Our flexibility goes beyond physical location and time. Recently, we have focused on enabling reduced working hours. Over the past year, 15% of our employees have chosen to adopt reduced working hours, either permanently or temporarily, at their own initiative.
We joined the Family-Friendly Workplace program at the beginning of 2024. In addition to receiving the Family-Friendly Workplace certificate, we achieved the highest scores in the history of the program in the initial assessment survey!
But that’s not all – we are also the first company to receive the Family-Friendly Workplace certificate immediately after the initial assessment, without needing a separate development phase. Flexibility and trust are not just buzzwords for us; they are a true reflection of our company culture.
