Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on creating efficient solutions with the M365 product family? As an M365 Technical Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers configure and optimize their M365 environments, offering technical expertise and extending solutions through custom development or low-code options like Power Platform.

your role / key responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and configure M365 solutions tailored to their business goals.
- Provide technical expertise to extend and enhance M365 environments using custom development or low-code solutions (Power Platform).
- Ensure seamless integration of M365 solutions into existing customer systems and workflows.
your profile / required qualifications and experience
- Experience: 2+ years of technical experience with M365 solutions (we welcome all seniorities).
- Skills: Solid understanding of the M365 product family and related technologies, with the ability to extend solutions through Power Platform or custom development.
- Proficiency in Finnish and English (both required).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to create solutions that meet specific needs.
- Interest and passion for growing your expertise or expanding your skill set into areas such as sales or delivery
