Join our dynamic and collaborative team as Director Sales leading Modirum Platforms’ market expansion across Eastern Europe, driving revenue growth, expanding the portfolio of BSS solutions, AI consulting, and cybersecurity services – primarily targeting telecom and finance sectors.
your role / key responsibilities
• Market Leadership: Build and grow market presence, focusing on telecom, finance and related industries.
• Revenue Growth: Develop strategic sales plans to increase market share, win new key accounts, and expand business.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with telecom, finance and all industry related companies, promoting solutions and consulting services.
• Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify partnerships to enhance market reach.
• AI Consulting: Utilize Modirum’s AI expertise to deliver solutions tailored to the evolving demands of the telecom and finance sectors.
• Sales Management: Oversee pre-sales, develop long-term plans for key accounts, and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Consultative Selling: Research prospects, create use cases, and deliver effective sales presentations.
your profile / key competencies
• Strong experience in enterprise software business development with expertise within Eastern European countries.
• Track record in software technology sales, account management, and client advocacy.
• Proficiency in sales planning, strategic selling, project management, and negotiation.
• Telecom or financial sector expertise. Knowledge of AI solutions would be considered as an advantage.
• Leadership skills, ability to build networks, and manage complex ecosystems.
Additional Information
• Willingness to travel, including internationally.
• Flexibility for meetings across different time zones.
