Are you skilled in turning business needs into actionable solutions? As a Business Analyst, you will gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, bridging the gap between business and technical teams while contributing to impactful solutions.

- Requirements gathering, identifying and documenting the business needs, processes, and project objectives. Experience in conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys for gathering information from stakeholders.
- Analysing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing solutions to address business problems or improve processes. Involvement in creating process maps, data models, and system requirements. Experienced UML practitioner.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and closure.
- Able to manage scope, timelines, and resources.
- Effectively communicating with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Experience in TELCO BSS sector is welcomed.
